Jamie Tsirigotis is a PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics) graduate and self-taught AI builder based in Victoria, Australia, who builds tools that give people their time back.
I am a PPE graduate specialising in economic analysis, and have self-taught AI to build tools that serve the people I care about. I am also a competitive volleyball player who has played in the top men's division in the state and represented Victoria. I am driven by values and ideals rather than prestige or status, and I want to have a positive impact in my time here.
I work at CommBank as a Financial Assist Specialist, helping vulnerable customers manage their finances and get back on track. Previously I was a Virtual Producer at Lysander Consulting, assisting live leadership and culture workshops for clients such as ANZ, and Head of Boys Volleyball at Huntingtower School, where I grew the program from a handful of students to 30+ regular players. I have an upcoming winter internship at Affinda.

Mum's Menu, a weekly meal-planning web app; an invoice generator that automates Pilates studio timesheets into exported PDFs; and an AI-assisted marking platform that gives teachers time back while keeping them in control of grades.
I believe the systems that oppress were constructed by us and can therefore be deconstructed. We are all one race, and we are at our best when we collaborate and act in service of one another, for our own good as much as the world's. Everything I build comes back to one thing: giving people a little time back, so they can spend it being human.
